Softima Key Closed is a two piece system featuring a closed pouch and flexible baseplate, available with and without convexity.
The flower shaped hydrocolloid baseplates have a gentle, smooth and comfortable shape that fits closely around the stoma . The 4mm gentle gradient of our convexity allows for optimum pressure distribution, decreasing the risk of pressure ulcers. For extra security the convex baseplate also features belt loops with a choice of 3 positions for optimum comfort.
Softima Key is the world's first truly guided ostomy system. The unique key tab of the pouch fits into the guide slot of the baseplate and is locked in place with the strong adhesive. The unique key, guide and lock system ensures the pouch is guided exactly into a centre, secure position each and every time
Designed for comfort, Softima has a soft, cotton fresh feel for maximum comfort. With an ergonimic shape the pouch fits the contours of the body allowing complete freedom for the wearer.
The filter allows for increased odour control, with a longer path than conventional filters. Softima Closed offers ultimate discretion with the quietest pouch we have ever made.
